# Using the gateway API
|

|
you can use the gateway api instead of the default ingress api.
|
||
|
|
|
||
|
|
to do so, simply switch the provider on either environment or instance level:
|
||
|
|
|
||
|
|

|
all ingress parameters are taken into the gateway configuration, such as the class etc.
